TERMS OF SERVICE:

GENERAL TERMS:

  • When a Customer buys a commission, they automatically agree to all the terms listed in the TOS. This is listed when you order a commission on my Carrd page.

  • Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and I will cancel a commission if that happens.

  • My prices can change time to time, but I will ALWAYS publicly announce it before I make the change to ask for other's inputs.

ART TERMS:

  • I will not start the commission until I have been paid upfront and in full.

  • I will immediately contact the Customer directly if I cannot or choose not to finish the Commission.

  • If the Customer needs to cancel the commission, I will only give out refunds as long as the art isn't completed.

  • The Customer can make small edits to the finished artwork once it's done, but you should still give credit and NOT remove my Art Signature or Watermark.

  • If you use my art as an NFT, AI or anything similar to that --you are Blacklisted.

  • If you claim my work as your own, you will be on a Blacklist.

  • For Public Commissions, I have the right to use the final artwork only for Advertising and Social Media purposes. If the Customer does not want to have it advertised then please ask for the Commission to be "Private".
